This setting protects the averaging logic from false funding rate changes during the funding settlement window on Bybit.
In periods of extreme funding (for example, −2% per hour), Bybit may temporarily reset the funding rate to 0 at the exact moment of funding settlement. After 20–30 seconds, the funding rate is recalculated and returns to its previous value.

During this short window, the algorithm may incorrectly interpret the temporary 0 value as a real change in funding conditions and trigger averaging in a short position, even though the funding has not actually normalized yet.
To prevent this, the bot allows you to block averaging:
This ensures that averaging is performed only after the funding rate has fully recalculated and stabilized, protecting the strategy from premature or false entries caused by exchange-side recalculations.
